The Relationship between Social Capital and Administrative Outcomes Recognized by Member of the community Welfare Committes

Abstract

|
This purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between social capital and dministrative outcomes recognized by members of the community welfare committees. For his all private and public members members in 230 were surveyed by using an elelctronic internet urvey tool and 362 samples were collected, To identify the relationships between two ariables, a series of multiple regression analyses were conducted by controlling for ndividual and institutional characteristics of the community welfare committees. he results showed that social capital had positive effects on the administrative outcomes n the community welfare committees, In other words, string beliefs and confidences between members, well-organized network among organizations, and well-recognized norms and regulations in the community welfare committees, could increase the administrative outcomes in the committees. Based on that this study provided several suggestions in promoting social capital in the community welfare committees.
